This website is dedicated to the dissemination of information for all things related to Marina Grande. If you are a resident, an owner, or just someone who is interested in buying at the Marina Grande, sign up and learn what we’re all about.
People love our community and the one comment that commonly comes up in conversation is “I wish there was a way to know more about what is going on”. Well this website was created to answer this problem. Now you can do everything from viewing our calendar of events, to reading the rules and regs, to seeing the photos of our social club.
We know the site is not 100% complete and there will be more things to come, but we encourage all to sign up and participate. That’s right, as well as the information that’s on here, we also have a forum so we can chat about what is going on in our neighborhood.

Pet Resolution
Dear Homeowners/Residents:
The following are a few important highlights of a Pet Resolution adopted by the Board of Directors on April 10, 2012.
- All dogs on premises must be registered according to pet resolution. Compliance effective April 18, 2012.
- Failure to comply will result in fines and implementation of the violation fee structure.
- $250.00 Fee for noncompliance.
Please be advised that a Security check of pet tags will be conducted effective April 18, 2012 to ensure compliance.
